„Although the property was nice, the location shown on the map in VRBO indicated that it was on 8th street, a short walk to East Beach and that is why we selected it. In reality it was in Ocean Walk community which required a drive to the beach. After we were there, I checked again, thinking maybe I had mistaken the location, but it still showed up on 8th street. On the positive side it was closer to downtown St. Simons.“

„The place was clean, except the back porch was dirty, had a beer can and bits of other trash. The only way to turn the coffee maker on and off was by plugging it in and unplugging it. The toilet paper holder was missing the center piece that holds the roll on. The shower heads are old and don't function well at all. Maybe replace with ones that are attached to a hose so you can rinse off your body. It would have been nice to have more than the one trash bag that was in the can, or mention that ...

„Fabulous location for a small family. Restaurants, beaches, and easy access to Jekyll island or Brunswick shopping. Quiet area, was here over memorial weekend and everyone got a good night's sleep. Carpets in bedrooms are a bit worn and a mattress topper would be awesome in the master bedroom but all in all this was a perfect unit for two adults and two kids, loved the extra pull out sofa in the sunroom as well. Will seek it out next time! Thank you“

„The condo was awesome but the balcony would only seat 2 people. It had too much furniture on it so we moved some inside to have space for just the 2 of us. It's only about 4 feet wide on the beach side and maybe 5 feet wide on the garden side. Also parking is a challenge. It is very tight when big vehicles park in the middle of the 3 spots which are set up like cubicles of 6 between 2 walls. I actually had to have help parking my car when we came in later in the evening.All in all, it was a ...

„We loved the beach and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would give 5 stars but the first night the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off for about 30 minutes in the hallway before going off, and I heard it go off again for a short time while we were at the pool deck. I'm not sure why it goes off so often but it needs addressed. Everything else was great.“
