Espresso is in the room, but you must go to the lobby for a cup of coffee and it was empty pots for extended periods. “

„We have stayed at the inn before several years back, and decided to stay again. We love the historic look of the Balsam mountain Inn, we learned that it changed ownership a few years back and the new owners are looking to preserve the classic look that appeals to everyone so much. They want to keep it as original as possible which is great, the down side of that is they removed the window units from the rooms. This may sound bad to some but for me it was a welcomed trip back to my childhood of ...

„ Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. “
