The space
Situated on the edge of Monroe Forest and seasonal view of Monroe Lake, this unique, end-unit condo, has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a loft with a full bed, and private 1/2 bath, has an elevated deck outside the open living space, that makes you feel like you are in a treehouse! Fireplace with electric logs, for supplemental heat, or just to create a little ambiance.

Enjoy the community amenities including pool (no fee), tennis court (no fee), golf course, walk path, and Sahm's Restaurant.
Other things to note
The Treehouse @ Monroe Lake has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, pans, ultensils) with dishwasher, for easy clean up.

Towels & washcloths are provided, just bring your favorite toiletries (there are makeup removing wash clothes in the basket, on the toilet tank lid).

A variety of books and games are available. Table and chairs & string lights on deck. (Sorry no grilling, fires, inside or outside are allowed)
