„My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! “

„Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! “

„This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. The property had all the necessary basics and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent! Great experience. “

„We only ate breakfast there, so we had what we needed. It was quiet. Blankets and heat were fine. It is within miles of all the family members we come to visit. If we return to Seattle again next fall, we'll hope to book this place again. “

„Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. “

„The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. “

„My family and I had a wonderful stay here.The owners were extremely communicative about the rules , keys , etc.The apartment was clean & had plenty of room for our family of 5 .. as well as most amenities that may be needed during the stay. The accessible gym & rooftop access were nice as well. And we were within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for our weekend. Having a place to park was nice too. Great place to stay from start to finish . “

„Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is ...
