The space
Our home’s 3 levels provide plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the various activities. 1st floor greets you with a speakeasy vibe bar/game room including shuffleboard, foosball, a cozy velvet couch, large screen TV, bar and a full bathroom. It also includes a designated space for all of your riding gear. This is separately temperature controlled from the main living quarters allowing you to heat separately from the upper levels. 2nd level is an entertainers dream with a larger open great room, grand fireplace with large screen TV, plenty of lounge seating, dining room flowing into a full chefs kitchen. This is all surrounded by a wrap around balcony with gorgeous views, privacy provided by surround trees, and a new 7 seater jacuzzi with LED lighting. The master suite is conveniently located on the 2nd level as well. The upper level includes a massive loft/bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bed bunks, a large screen TV, an enormous fireplace with another private balcony. There are 2 additional custom decorated bedrooms with Queen beds, jack-and-jill bathroom, double vanity and full bathtub/shower. The entire retreat feels extremely spacious with many vaulted ceilings throughout, open spaces and windows looking out to the surrounding mountains and Snow Summit slopes.

If you bring your fur baby, please be very careful as there is wildlife and coyotes. Although we have outdoor spaces, they should never be left unattended or unsupervised inside or out of the home.

Guest access
The entire house, patios, jacuzzi, driveway, garage game room and balcony.

Other things to note

Rules to vacation by:
Do not exceed the occupancy limit 10 Max
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during
your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants (8) may
be less than the total maximum occupancy.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard at any time.
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The
maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior
sign (3).

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the
property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music
carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake
is very dog-friendly!

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation at the vacationers expense.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the undersigned.
