Out warm water did not work and after coming down several times the person was rather upset although we did not have thebwarm water and had to cancel our reservation. The person onl tried once to look for the room next to us butvthe water was not warm either. They did ask a technician but they already said we shouldn’t wait for him/her to go for dinner but we were freezing and the receptionist only ...

„Schlechtes Erlebnis mit diesem Hotel. Wir mussten das Hotel (2 Zimmer) wegen einem Todesfall in der Familie (Mutter) kurzfristig stornieren. Das Hotel war nicht bereit auch nur einen kleinen Teil des Preises zurück zu erstatten! “
