„Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!“

„This is a lovely updated apartment with an elevator on the 4th floor of a renovated building on Broad Street in the arts district. It directly overlooks the convenient and free rapid transit line, the Pulse, which is several miles long and uses quiet new CNG buses. There are plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. „The property was very clean. The door is a little tricky but we worked on it until we were sure we understood it and then it worked perfectly. This is much better than a flaky lock that works inconsistently. We enjoyed visiting the Poe Museum during our stay.“

„Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. “
