„Nice quiet location for our stay. Overall well equipped but minimal silverware. Keurig coffee was provided which was a nice addition. Minimal ice, only one tray. Beds were comfortable and rooms with necessities available. Location was perfect to get to the convention center in about 12-15 minutes and close to restaurants. Host was very responsive. Overall a great stay! Thanks!“

We even had 10 inches of snow one night and they had someone come and plow the driveway twice and then sent someone to shovel and salt/sand all the walks and the driveway by 8 am the next morning. The house had many amenities that made us feel at home, including spices and every utensil imaginable in the kitchen, many games and books for entertainment, and other thoughtful items in the bathrooms and rest of the house. „House was clean and very good communication with owners. I put 4 stars only because there was only one television which some families might not mind but was t a deal breaker we bought one and made it work. Also only window unit which is not shown in the photos so it was really cold in the front of the home vs. bedrooms but again not a deal breaker. Beautiful nature outside rabbits woodchuck birds raccoon & skunk!!! very convenient location close to grocery not far from restaurants, etc.“

„Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River.
