„This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. “

„I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. “

„Very nice property. I would have liked to have known that there would be other occupants staying in a separate, locked downstairs apartment. That part was not listed in our agreement so entire home should be removed from listing. Having the other occupants had my family parking in the street which was fine but I prefer to be parked in a driveway. „The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code!
