Downstairs Level: This level hosts two additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a cozy den, and a laundry area for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including all rooms, two patios, and the laundry area. Your arrival will be simple and seamless with a smart lock on the front door; you will receive a unique, private code for your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the private dock for boats.
