„This is the second time we stayed at this rental and we chose to stay here again because it is a great location and within easy walking distance to the boardwalk. I parked my car and didn’t need to drive again until the morning that we left. So convenient. Great cozy 3rd floor apartment is comfortable and roomy enough for the 3 of us. „I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate ...
