These historic properties are really charming so all in all we enjoyed our stay.“

„This unit provided what we needed. Bed, bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. It’s quite comfortable. For us it was the perfect place to stay while touring this side of Newfoundland. It is a basement apartment so not the best if mobility issues are a concern as there are outside stairs to get to the unit. “

There are lots of hills to enjoy while walking the neighbourhood. The only negative that we had was the ceiling height of the hallway to the bathroom. It was very low. „Overall the stay was good. Our stay was during cold spell, in the living room/sun room area, the heat had been turned off so it was pretty cold the first night. There were no extra blankets to use to be able to sit in this room. The host did supply a blanket and a heater when I messaged him to inquire about the heat.
