„Perfect for our group of 32. Rec room was a huge hit with the kids and for group activities. Kitchen and pantry really well stocked. Loved the multiple kitchens and laundry facilities. Lots of parking and front porch was perfect for sitting. Beds were plentiful and comfy. Our only minor recommendations would be to add window coverings on the back patio door, kitchen and all open sleeping areas, and to add a stock of hangers. „The meeting room are posted in their website was blocked for stroge. We could not have a access to have a group meeting mealetc.“

„The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well stocked. We had a group of 16 and it accommodated everyone perfectly. As for the scenery, all I can say is they were breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again. “

„This is our third year in a row at Bear Lake. With some grandchildren now married and a baby, we had to move to a bigger place. There was room for everyone and plenty to do. “

„This little garage apt was wonderful for our family of 4. It was about a 10 min drive to north beach and only about a quarter of a mile off of the main road, but it was on an old dirt road with very few other houses and hardly any traffic and a very large front yard. Our friends rented the main house and between all of us, we had 10 kids and 10 adults and we had so much space to run and play and felt very safe. We will definitely be back again! “

„We had our 29 person extended family stay here for four nights. It is spacious enough for large groups - with places for people with all interests to go and have fun. There is A LOT going on with this property - and I didn't rate it perfectly because it wasn't perfect. It was good enough - but several of the games in the game room didn't work.
