Guest access *HOW DO I GET THE KEY?* - The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage Encode keyless smart lock. - The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
*WHERE CAN I PARK?* - A maximum of 3 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in the driveway to the left of the house. - The driveway is long but narrow. NON-SEDAN VEHICLES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED, as wider vehicles may be difficult to maneuver in and out. - The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. If using the driveway, pull in fully so that no part of the vehicle extends onto or over the sidewalk. Do not park within the white-painted box in front of any driveway, as this area must remain clear for egress at all times. - Regarding street parking, please note that the city of Bayonne is very strict with enforcement, and violations can result in tickets. We highly recommend using a paid parking space. - The nearest paid lot is located at 24 E 33rd Street, just down the street. It’s between Avenue E and Broadway, on the same side of town as our home. - As an alternative, there are two nearby places where you can safely park your vehicle. You can pay for parking at the kiosk in the lot or by using the NJ Transit parking app on your phone. * 34th Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – 190 E 34th St, Bayonne * 22nd Street Light Rail Park-and-Ride – 406 Avenue E, Bayonne - Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility.
*IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?* - There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies). - There are 5 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. There is no recording device in the interior of the house. ✔ 1 on the exterior side of the front door. ✔ 1 on the exterior side of the back door. ✔ 1 facing the driveway. ✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Unit 1 Utility/Boiler Room. Please be advised that this room houses the boiler, water heating system, gas, and other important mechanisms. THE UTILITY/BOILER ROOM IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED, ALLOWING GUESTS TO ACCESS THE WASHER/DRYER. If you feel uncomfortable, we can keep the room locked, but please note that this will restrict your access to the washer/dryer. Please advise us before check-in. ✔ 1 actively recording/monitoring the Public Lobby/Foyer connecting Unit 1 and Unit 2. Please be advised that, though indoors, it is external to both Unit 1 and Unit 2. THE PUBLIC LOBBY IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKED SPACE BUT IS UNRESTRICTED FOR GUESTS WHO BOOKED BOTH UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2.

*ARE WATER AND ICE PROVIDED DURING THE STAY?* - The fridge may or may not have a functioning water filter and ice maker.
