"This hotel is definitely over the notch. Everything is fantastic. We would personally mention the staff at the club and especially very much the staff of the reception:/concierge at the club. We felt like coming home when we returned from a short trip to Singapore. Such a warm welcome is outstanding. We definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Kuala Lumpur. The staff, the site, the food at the club - everything was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back."

"Das Hotel ist groß, aber trotzdem sind die Wege kurz. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Traum und sehr groß. Alle Mitarbeiter kümmern sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste und tragen einen auf Händen. Die Essensqualität ist hervorragend und das Frühstück lecker. Auch als Europäer findet man immer etwas leckeres zu Essen."
