„Great location, quiet, with easy, close parking. The place itself is cute and clean. There was hiccup with the battery for the automatic doorlock one day, but they quickly fixed it. Wiffi speed was good. Oven/microwave, and dishes all were fine. Shower was hot and good.“

„I was not aware that this location was predominantly where students stay, so if you are someone who wants a very quiet place this may not be best however it did not bother me. The apartment itself was extremely well kept, and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at somewhere with such good cooking utensils. Everything looked brand new. The bed I slept in (middle room) was very comfortable and I wish I would’ve checked what brand and model it was before checking out since I’m getting a new bed soon.. ...

„This quiet little place does not disappoint. It's right off the street but very quiet and relaxing. There are chairs out front to sit back and relax under the wonderful shade tree with all the flowers around. This place was perfect for our needs for the two of us. The only little thing was it did take awhile for the hot water to heat up in the shower and kitchen sink. This will not keep us from staying here again. “
