„this hotel is definitely overrated. First I was disappointed about the room in the second floor that was offered, because it has smelled really smokey and on one towel I found hairs from a former guest. But the front desk stuff was friendly and gave me another room on the first floor. The motel is located near the airport and very well frequented. I did not felt very confortable and I would choose another motel for the next time.“

The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. “

„As a graphic designer, I admire all the signage and details of The Sparrow. Super hip and modern. The room was perfect. All the nice amenities of the bright orange mini-fridge & water kettle to make warm beverages. Medina (front desk clerk) went way beyond to assist me. I injured my knee so she helped me load my luggage & bags on a trolley to take up to my room as I parked. The private parking lot was right there. The outdoor area is nice and the coffee shop was surprisingly tasty and ...

„The location was perfect, really close to downtown and BSU. We had breakfast in the morning, unlike most “buffet style” meals this had actual juicy fresh fruit, and real bacon:) the beds were great, a little firm but I thought they were comfy and I had a good nights sleep. AND, it smelled great inside, really fresh and clean!“
