„This was a lovely historic spot near lots of fun things to do in Maine! The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The decor was thoughtful. Walking distance to a cafe for coffee, and you can sit on the deck and wait for the line to shorten at Reds Eats. The deck was a great spot to sit and read, and I know the area so I wasn’t surprised by the road noise on rt 1. The only opportunity for improvement would be that there are two doors leading to the apartment, and neither of them ...

„The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. “

„The place was spectacular! Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Bed was so comfy! The only misunderstanding was that we would receive a text if we could get in before 4:00 and I never got that text. I got an email instead and never noticed that until after 4:00. We were hoping to get in earlier. “

The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.“

„My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again.“

Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided.“

„The property is tucked away in a quiet location walking distance from the center of town. The view of the cove from the balcony is beautiful. Parking right in front of the condo gives easy access. The host is very helpful if you have questions. The decor is so festive and makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Very peaceful setting. „The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. We enjoyed the “shoulder season” a few weeks before the tourists began to arrive, but found enough ...

„Well appointed condo on a golf course. Easy drive to the highway. It was a great interim rental until we could get in our new home. Had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo.“
