This 60m2 flat is located on the main floor of an early 20th-century building. With a capacity for up to 4 people and is conveniently located 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (Parallel).

Once in the flat, you will find a contemporary dining table with seating for 3 people and access to a small balcony of 2m2 with a coffee table and chairs for 2 people.

The master bedroom is next door with a 150cm double bed and a huge wardrobe.

The kitchen is at the end of the corridor for cooking simple meals, combined oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a relaxing rain shower head.

At the end of the corridor, you will find the second bedroom. It is furnished with a 135 cm double bed, wardrobe, and interior window.

Both the bedrooms and the common area are equipped with wall radiators to keep you warm in winter. Two split-type air conditioning units and an oscillating table fan will help keep you cool during the summer.

The apartment has motion sensors that are activated only when the apartment is empty and/or with free days without reservations.

** Be responsible with your electricity consumption and be sure to turn off all lights and appliances when you go out - being GREEN is GREAT!
Note that the AC is located in just the living room and 1 bedroom
NO YOUTH GROUPS (over 25 years old, please).

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
