   THE HOUSE BELL RECÓ AND ITS SPACE   Nice and comfortable house with an incredible garden. Private pool, with a fence to protect the little ones. Nice barbecue area. Squash court.
The house is very comfortable since almost all of it is distributed on one floor. This makes it very accessible. It has a large terrace, with several areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Fantastic views of the sea and the mountains.
The distribution is as follows:On the main floor, we find the hall, kitchen, living room, with access to the large terrace, which connects to the pool and large garden.On this same floor, we also find 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.Bedroom 1: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes, bathroom with private shower.Bedroom 2: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes.Bedroom 3: Three single beds (bunk bed) with terrace, wardrobes.Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobes.On the lower floor, we find one space with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower.
The garden is fantastic and very well maintained. In the garden, distributed on several levels, we find a pleasant barbecue area, a squash court, various garden areas. 
The large terrace withea views stands out, connected to the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an American fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, we find a practical laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer.
   SERVICES   BELL RECÓ is exclusive to its guests.   ACCESS AND PARKING   The access from the street is private and the vehicle can enter the property respecting the garden areas and trying not to drive over the lawn.The door is automatic.You can also park for free on the street on the left, respecting the neighbours' garages.It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization.   THE GARDEN AND THE OUTDOOR SPACES   All are private but they must be preserved, please respect the green areas.   THE POOL   It is private and we hope you respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also hammocks for sunbathing.   PRIVATE COURT TO PLAY FRONT, RACKETS AVAILABLE   Included services:Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit.

   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   CABRILS is a small charming town recognized for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair.Cabrils is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region. CABRILS has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers.Also, throughout El Maresme, there are family beaches with calm waters and golden sand.
The beaches of Vilassar de Mar and Cabrera de Mar are 10 minutes away by car. They are family beaches, with golden sand and with all the services.
A few minutes from the house, there are supermarkets, a local market, a water park, horse riding, tennis clubs, golf clubs, marinas, nautical activities, shopping centres...
A few KM away you can do any activity you want to disconnect and have fun, there are mountain routes, there are horse riding, golf courses, a tennis club, activities such as paintball, vertical forests to play between the treetops, Nautical clubs not to leave spending hours at sea, in addition to having BARCELONA very close. Explore the city and avoid its crowded streets, returning to the calm of our region.
CABRILS, like other Maresme towns, is protected by a small mountain range that contains the fresh sea breeze in summer and the intense heat of the interior, creating a mild micro-climate both in summer and winter without major temperature changes.

-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service.All services must be booked in advance.- BUS: Day and night services.Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.   BARCELONA   It is about 30-40 minutes by car.Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
 - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
   IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
 - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
 - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power

MAGINFIQUE et REPOSANT
Une maison très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse et très bien équipée, avec une vue extraordinaire et un jardin magnifique. Nous y avons passé un séjour fantastique. Nous avons pleinement profité des terrasses ombragées et de la piscine particulièrement agréable dans son écrin de verdure. Le quartier est très calme et plaisant. L'agence a été de bons conseils, à notre écoute, réactive et proactive.
