The space

the balcony), located on Bac de Roda, in a quiet and well-connected
area—perfect for enjoying the city in comfort and style.
The apartment features a spacious double bedroom and offers capacity
for up to 3 guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or travelers
who value comfort and functionality.
The modern, fully equipped independent kitchen is designed to make you
feel at home, whether you’re staying for a short getaway or a longer
visit.
The apartment includes a full bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for
relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing around the city.
To ensure maximum comfort all year round, the accommodation offers
centralized air conditioning, and the building is equipped with an
elevator, adding extra convenience.
The private balcony completes the space, ideal for enjoying a morning
coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.
Located just 8 blocks from Mar Bella Beach, you can easily walk to the
sea and enjoy the beachfront promenade and its leisure options, while
still benefiting from the peace and quiet of a residential
neighborhood. The apartment is also well connected to the city center
and Barcelona’s main attractions.

Please note the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included..
-Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking
is strictly forbidden in any of the rooms of the flat, including the
balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Located on Bac de Roda, the apartment is set in one of Barcelona’s most
pleasant and authentic areas, perfect for those who wish to combine
beach, culture, and local life. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can
reach Mar Bella Beach, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea, the
beachfront promenade, and a wide range of outdoor leisure activities.
The Poblenou neighborhood invites you to experience Barcelona from a
more local perspective, with quiet streets, charming cafés,
international restaurants, and lively terraces—especially along Rambla
del Poblenou. It is an ideal area for strolling, enjoying the local
cuisine, or simply relaxing away from the tourist crowds.
Several parks and green spaces are located nearby, perfect for
unwinding or going for a walk, as well as the modern 22@ district, a
vibrant area where contemporary architecture, creative spaces, and
cultural initiatives come together.
Thanks to excellent metro and bus connections, you can easily reach the
city’s main attractions, such as the historic city center, El Born, the
Sagrada Familia, Plaça Catalunya, or Port Olímpic, while still enjoying
the peace and quiet of a residential neighborhood.

Other things to note
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.
The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
