Barcelona. The building has an old lift (which may be somewhat noisy).

The space

ideal for up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two
bathrooms with showers, offering comfort and privacy for couples,
families or small groups.
Enjoy two balconies: one overlooking the lively Avenida Paral·lel and
another quiet one overlooking a large interior courtyard typical of
Barcelona, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped for
preparing your meals, and the flat has air conditioning and shared
Wi-Fi for your convenience.
The building has an old lift, which can be a bit noisy, but makes it
easy to access the flat. Thanks to its central location, you will be
close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport,
combining the best of the city with authentic Barcelona life.
Please take into account the following important information before
booking:
- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed,
guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will
provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and
after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after
midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied.
(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In
addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the
necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including
the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and
windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property
is the sole responsibility of the guest.

bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.
Montjuïc and green areas
A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens,
museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very
popular for its night-time light and water show.
Excellent connections
The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist
attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the
historic centre.
