It is located 60 m from the Autobus bus station, 180 m from the Poble Sec (l3) metro station, 600 m from the Arenas / Atenas's Mall shopping center supermarket, 2 km from the Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from the Barceloneta Beach / Barceloneta's Beach Sandy beach, 14 km from El Prat Airport.

This apartment is located in one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Avenida Paral·lel. From the end of the 19th century until 1970 it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls or theaters such as the Teatro Condal, the Teatro Victoria and the Teatro Apolo, which continue to give shows. “Catalan Broadway” is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.

Paral·lel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural scene.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
