This stunning large property is located in the beautiful and renowned region of Chianti, famous for its wines, half way between Florence and Siena. With its large private swimming pool, SPA, wellness area and expansive terraces and stunning views across the countryside, it is the ideal place for a large group to spend a relaxing holiday in.

Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra are within driving distance, perfect for day trips and discovering what Tuscany has to offer. During your stay, you can count on the staff to help you with booking tickets for museums and exhibitions, organise tastings of local products like oil and wine, as well as cooking classes in the villa in which you can sample the traditional recipes of Tuscan cooking.

The villa develops over three floors plus a separate cottage.

MAIN HOUSE, 600 sq.m – SLEEPS 15
On the lower level, we find the wellness area with SPA and Calidarium. It is composed of a heated Jacuzzi sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, shower and changing room, as well as massage and beauty treatments on request.

On the ground floor, we have an entrance onto a typically Tuscan lounge area with stone walls, beamed ceiling and fireplace. There is a second living area, the main one of the house, with fireplace, dining room with fireplace and access to the outdoor areas, and the main kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, etc.). There is also a suite composed of a sitting room with fireplace and sofa, kitchen and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, we find the main sleeping area consisting of: four double bedrooms (beds are 170x190 cm) with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with air con, en-suite bathroom with shower, and large balcony; one double bedroom with mezzanine level where we find a sofa, with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower; one bedroom with two single beds and an external bathroom with shower. On this floor, we also find a large living room with fireplace and sofas.

COTTAGE, 124 sq.m – CLOSED OFF
This is an independent apartment adjoining the villa and is composed of a living room with fireplace, sofas, TV, kitchen (with hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher), one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and tub. Outside, it has a large loggia and direct access to the pool.

Outside, the villa offers expansive gardens with stunning views across the countryside, a private swimming pool (Open from 25th March – 20th October) with hydromassage area, sun lounges and umbrellas. There are large terraces with seating area, tables and umbrellas, ideal for al-fresco meals.
