Costarella house is a semi-detached indipendent villa of 180 square meters ideal for large families and groups of friends who love nature and tranquility immersed in a land rich in historical places where a centuries-old culture of wine and olive oil has designed the landscape, making it a splendid setting of natural beauty and artistic riches. A harmonious land of gently sloping hills, sweeping viewpoints, vineyards clinging to the edge of the woods, rural houses and medieval manors: everything smells of history, art, olive oil and wine.
You will love and marvel at our land as we love these hills embroidered with vineyards, vegetable gardens, olive groves and ancient villages, which never cease to amaze us when we travel the small roads that cross them.
The house, nestled in the Chianti countryside, was carved out of an ancient tower, trapelo station and then renovated with extreme care and attention to detail. Original terracotta and travertine floors and ceilings with ancient exposed beams, old traditional Tuscan furniture, paintings.
The house is on two levels and consists on the ground floor of: a large living area with a spacious living room, a very cozy living room completely renovated with a kitchen equipped with everything you need, two bathrooms with shower one woth laundry area.
There are theree large double bedrooms.
Going up to the second floor, through a staircase, you enter the fourth sleeping room, romantic and charming thanks to three large windows overlooking the valley, with a queen bed a sofa bed a table and a small bathroom with en-suite bathroom .

There is AIR CONDITIONING in the large living area, kitchen and in all bedrooms, which can be used by our guests at no additional cost.

The house is surrounded by a large private garden for our guests and every window overlooks it, offering wide views of the countryside, a unique panorama of the Valdelsa hills overlooking San Gimignano; equipped with a lovely pergola equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, barbecue and comfortable sofas where you can spend precious time reading a good book or simply chatting while sipping a good glass of wine.
