„The building is quite old, with only a few cosmetic updates in the rooms. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the mattress was very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs while sleeping. On the positive side, the host was very friendly and professional, which we appreciated. Breakfast included a few options; I enjoyed the ham and cheese sandwich and French toast as it reminded me of childhood in Bulgaria, but my partner found it hard to have the same options every morning.“

„Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!“
