Hotels Bankston

„Sehr sauber und freundlich“

„My family and I booked as we were going to the field of dreams site. We wanted a hotel that was close. The check-in process was easy. The outside looks like you would imagine a hotel in a small town would. Upon arriving in her room. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The air was off and when I turned the air on it got worse. I have a daughter that is a heart transplant. She instantly started coughing. My husband came into the room with his first load of items from the car. He told me ...

„Mega freundliches Personal“

„This hotel is old and much in need of updating. Air conditioning was loud and didn't really keep the room that comfortable. Had to get staff to turn on power. The room pictures on Expedia are not at all what the room actually looks like. The room was clean enough and had good location. Not a good value for the money.“

„The room was nice and big.“

„This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.“

Sehr nette Empfangsdame.“

„Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.“

„Sauber“

„Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.“

„No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple.“

„Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.“

„Altes Haus.

„Our apartment with king-size bed was not very nicely furnished. The shower didn't work very well and we always had a strange feeling in the elevator as it smelled strongly of hydraulic oil. All in all, we had hoped for something better from "by Windham". “
