The room was fine, other than the door being extremely hard to open, close and it didnt have a lock. Well stocked with towels and even had extra pillows. The water was had to stay at for extended periods due to the strong chlorine smell, and the pools were chilly. This place is for young children. Maybe 10 years old and younger. One hot tub was out of order. The 'arcade' was junk. 75% or more of the fames were broken or completely shut down. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, biscuts and gravy, toast, ect. Day one breakfast was gross, day 2 was better but not good. Theres also not enough seating for the amount of guests. One of the staff was rude to me twice, and I wasnt even asking for much. The Coke Zero I bought was expired so I just asked for another, and then I asked when time the arcade was open until and she was snotty both time. There was also a lifeguard, young guy with blonde hair, who was visibly distraught at the pool on New Years day. I dont even know why but I was sitting watching my kid and he looked at me twice and it was a very threatening look. Then threw his float down to go after a child (who was running) but c'mon.
