Spent a week here, overall it was ok. Room faces the neighboring building so no sunlight. The staff wanted to fine us 2000 baht because we had a fruit salad that contained a bit of durian. In the end they charged us 1000 as a “cleaning fee”, even though the salad was in an airtight Tupperware and emitted no smell at all (also nothing was “cleaned”). They also didn’t return our Tupperware. Overall this small issue could have been solved in a more friendly way, but through the way it was handled we got the impression that the hotel is greedy and the staff seemed happy about our mistake to charge us extra money. Pool and rooftop close at 8pm, so you can’t relax there after a long day. Room was spacious and good, except no view/sunlight.
