„Alles Perfekt“

„We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Stayed for a few days. Couple with baby. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We could not ask for more. Would love to stay again!“

„Very professional and helpful staff. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.“

„Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte.“

„Spent a week here, overall it was ok. Room faces the neighboring building so no sunlight. The staff wanted to fine us 2000 baht because we had a fruit salad that contained a bit of durian. In the end they charged us 1000 as a “cleaning fee”, even though the salad was in an airtight Tupperware and emitted no smell at all (also nothing was “cleaned”). They also didn’t return our Tupperware. Overall this small issue could have been solved in a more friendly way, but through the way it was handled ...

„Nettes Personal“

„The hotel was under renovation so we heard noices during the day, at night or in the morning everything was fine. Check in process took very long in my opinion but this was also due to the renovations. Room was very spacious, we enjoyed our time. also due to the “

„Zimmer sehr laut, Nachts kaum geschlafen. Gibt kein Frühstück. Löslicher Kaffee. “

„It was like our own apartment!“

„It surprisingly comfort and cozy at the same time. the room is very very clean and tidy. everything good and worth. highly recommend.“

Alles sauber. Frühstücksbuffet deckt alles ab was das Herz begehrt. “

„Communication could be better: no hint that there is an extra charge for a dog per night. Room spacious and nice, but not very well maintained: some power sockets had no power, bulbs were broken and telephone next to bed full of dust and not connected Staff very friendly, but not everybody really helpful“
