„Sehr gemütliches Hotel“

„Gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.“

„Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting. The furnishings are a bit dated.“

„Tolles Hotel“

„Chalets? You wish. Shacks, if anything. Apparently no updates since the 1950s, the place is a run-down, worn-off dump. Thin walls and drafty windows offer no insulation against the cold or the noise from the highway. Both mattresses and linen are decades old and impossible to find sleep in. The kitchen cabinet is falling apart and the cutlery is so disgusting I wouldn’t put it anywhere near my mouth. Oh and did I mention the mold in the shower? I’d rather spend the night in my car than 450 CAD ...

Gerne wieder“

„Great location, everything was clean, and the rooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice as well. When the hotel is busier, there might be a little too little space around the pool for sun loungers, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!“

„Alles wunderbar“

„Sehr nettes Personal. Super Lage, sauber. “

„Sehr originelles Boutique Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, top Service. Gerne wieder“

„Clean property, comfortable beds and quiet“

„The room was incredibly old and dusty. The people at the front desk did their very best but this hotel definitely needs to be renovated. Although the room was quite big and the bed itself was cozy, we were a group of three and one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed... The sofa bed was horrible. It was half broken, one felt every mattress spring and it was dirty. Unless this hotel gets renovated, I can not recommend staying here.“

„What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible.“

„Alles neu und gepflegt. Kommunikation nicht ganz einfach. Parken teuer!“
