„Tolles Hotel“

„Gute Lage, bequeme Matratze, Kamin im Zimmer, alles bestens“

„Great location, everything was clean, and the rooms were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is really nice as well. When the hotel is busier, there might be a little too little space around the pool for sun loungers, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommend!“

„Gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.“

„Very friendly and helpful staff. The lodges are in a relatively good location, and you can reach downtown Banff very quickly from the bus stop right next door. We were also provided with a free 3-day bus pass. Another positive feature is the hot tub, which is even open until 11 p.m. Unfortunately, the room itself was relatively dark and, despite the lighting, not very inviting.

„Booked due to the location and rooftop hot tubs/bar. Only found on once there that the rooftop hot tubs and bar were closed for renovations.“

„Sehr nettes Personal. Super Lage, sauber. “

„Staff were very rude at times. Not willing to go out of their way at all to help. Asked if I could have a drink while waiting for a cab and be called when the cab arrived. Concierge said no. The spa is wonderful however, lots of kids around running in and out of the saunas.“

„A lot of restaurants in the surrounding, “
