"Großartiges Hotel in super Lage, Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Flughafentransfer in beide Richtungen inklusive. Mein Zimmer war absolut ruhig, super klimatisiert. Alles sehr sauber, tolle Dusche, tolles Bett. Frühstück super."

"The best place to stay when you're in downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, honestly! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, the rooms are clean and cozy and there's free drinking water on every floor. There's not a single negative thing I could say about this place. You are lucky if the hotel isn't fully booked and you get a room! :-)"

"I like the hotel only once wasn't so pretty ... the Wi-Fi was bad. Sometimes I couldn't work. And the rooms not so bright. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. There was something for everyone, but the melon was the most delicious. Good is also the swimming pool. I also appreciated that there are two restaurants within the hotel: a simple restaurant offering good local cuisine, and a very refined Japanese restaurant catering to more discerning tastes. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount at the Japanese restaurant. I dined at the Japanese restaurant five times, and the food was delicious every time. On some days, making a reservation is recommended."
