„The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. “

„Overall a pretty decent and value for money hotel. Clean and simple. Had hair dryer as well but too bad no bar fridge even for deluxe king room. Aircon is a little cranky with the temperature but manegable. Parking is ample near many restaurant. Can't fault for the price and good stay at Permas area“

„Location was most convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only flaw we noticed was the way water gets trapped between the bathtub and the glass panel. There is no way to drain the water and it accumulates around the edge of the bathtub and overflows onto the bathroom flooring which makes it very slippery. The bathroom floor towel is soggy and messy and adds to the discomfort of the toilet. “

„The hotel is situated in the main road of JB - and is very central. I liked the very charmnig lady at the front desk who was helpful with organizing a laundry and other things I had to do. There are many outside foodstall on Meldrun and the shopping mall is also quite close. The value price/Cost realtino here was very good. The friendly staff allowed a later check-out free of charge. Very humble and gentle.“
