I'm very disappointed with my stay at Days Inn. (SITE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO ADD PHOTOS) I wish it was working.
Although I paid a $150 deposit when I booked my room in March 5, 2025, when I arrived June 6, I was told there was no record of my deposit.
Even after showing my initial receipt and confirmation number, I was told the Hotel did not receive a deposit and to check with Expedia.
I was then charged full price for the room plus a $100 security deposit.
The property is very old and is in need of a serious renovation. Everything is old, broke and very dirty. I stayed here last year and the toilet was broke but we managed, this year was much worse. The floors, carpet, doors, walls, refrigerator, and bathroom had unrecognizable stains. I had to clean out the fridge before using it.
The check in time is 4pm instead of 3pm, they no longer serve breakfast but stated there will be coffee and muffins. At 8am there was no more coffee in the 1 small pot for all the guests in the entire hotel. I then asked at the front desk, and was told he didn't know who made the coffee nor did he make an effort to find out.
I will never stay here again and hope to get my $150 deposit back.
