„I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience.“

„Great location. Nearby bicycle rentals, restaurants and electric boat rentals. Surfing at Blackies beach just north of Newport pier 1.5 miles from home. Comfortable for our large group. The air conditioner worked for us (keep windows and doors closed when A/C is on.)“

The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that! “

„Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. “

„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt “

„This property has great potential for large groups of people, there is one house that has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with two comfortable showers and then there is a separate back house that has a shower, a bedroom and a small living and kitchen area. It has a good sized fenced pool for safety for children and fun. And it is so close to Disneyland….. The location is great because of this.
