„Sehr großes Luxushotel der Marriot Gruppe im vornehmen Stadtteil Bal Harbour. Strand direkt davor gut gereinigt und auch der Poolbereich ist im Topzustand. Große luxuriöse Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Meerblick. Die Schiebetür zum Balkon schloss im oberen Bereich allerdings nicht mehr vollständig, auch im Bad gab es erste Rostränder am Spiegel; das ist man in Europa in dieser Preisklasse (> 600 EUR pro Nacht) nicht gewöhnt. Der Service in Restaurants und Bars ist sehr gut, das Preisniveau ...

„Check-In nach 18 Uhr verlief problemlos. Die Kommunikation via Mail (Instruktionen) hervorragend. Das moderne Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings war bei der Küchenzeile eine Schublade defekt. Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig, vom Straßenlärm bekommt man fast nichts mit. Der Strandservice mit Sonnenschirm und Liegestuhl ist Klasse. Der Pool hingegen Katastrophe. Hat nichts mit einem Pool zu tun, sehr klein, das Wasser geht nicht mal bis zu den Knien. “

„We’ve stayed at this property many times. This was the first time the process was to check in at the front desk. Which, I prefer. But when we checked in, at 1000pm in the evening. We were told they did not have our reservation. Property owner apologized and was able to work it out. My suggestion is call the Hotel as well a few days before you check in to this property. “

„Plusses: very clean, near beach, Minuses: sterile, uncomfortable, and minimal decor, drilling sounds from work being done, terrace looks out on a parking lot and is below an overpass, front desk staff are unpleasant, reading lamp by bed not functional, walls thin - could hear baby screaming in next room“
