„Sehr sauberes Hotel. Leider nicht umweltfreundlich: alle Handtücher werden immer!!! erneuert, auch wenn man dies nicht möchte. Jeden Tag ist die Seife weg und man muss eine neue nehmen. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. Da im Hotel Familien Events stattfinden ist es meist sehr umtriebig und laut und die Hotelgäste kommen spät und lautstark in Ihre Zimmer und dadurch hat man viele Lärmbelästigungen den man hört alles vom Flur her. Zimmer nett und praktisch.“

„We had such a wonderful time in this hotel and in Baku overall. The room was the most spacious I have ever seen. Huge bathroom, huge balcony. The kids loved the bunk bed. The furnishings all over the hotel was impecable, providing a very comfortable staying. The food at dinner time was delicious. On the down side, I would mention the breakfast is served on a la carte basis. I would have preferred to have a buffet option instead, but maybe this is the norm in Baku. I would definitely recommend ...

„This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers. We were very pleased with our stay. “

„It is such a wonderful new hotel in the old city of Baku. I instantly fell in love with it. It is veery central to the metro station "Iceri Seher".
