„Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. „Very nice “

„Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!“

„We stayed two nights in Paddington hotel - it was excellent! Two luxury rooms on top,Level, spacious, sparkling clean. A welcome fruit and cake, delicious breakfast buffet with huge varieties- and all people super friendly, attentive and helpful. 100% recommended!“

„The rooms were a bit noisy (poor sound proofing in the windows) and one room smelled of cigarette smoke (we got a different room) but overall it was good value and friendly staff.“

„We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly.“
