"Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Es wurde einst sehr authentisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und eingerichtet. Leider nagt sichtbar der Zahn der Zeit an vielen Stellen in und am Haus. Die Anreise erfolgt über die letzten 10 Kilometer auf einer kurvenreichen, schmalen Bergstraße, was bei jeder Fahrt zum Einkaufen (es gibt weder Bäcker noch Lebensmittelladen im Ort) eine halbe Stunde Zeit beansprucht. Giancarlo, der Vermieter, wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wer die absolute Einsamkeit und Ruhe in den Bergen liebt, ist hier richtig."

"Tolles Haus mit moderner Ausstattung, bei der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Gute Matratzen, schöne neue Bäder, hoher Standard, traumhafte Aussicht. Der Pool war sauber, gut gepflegt und wurde täglich genutzt. Paolo war ein klasse Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Sein Bruder Luca machte für uns die beste Pizza Italiens. Es war rundum ein schöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub!"

"Palazzo Pasquini was probably the most extraordinary vacation home we have ever had. It is historic, huge and in a remote location. We have a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and would have managed to barely see each other for a week given the size of the house. The facilities are perfectly adequate, although a little dated in places. The walk up to the Palazzo is a bit arduous and you should be aware that you are unlikely to be prepared to make this walk several times a day. The location is also not absolutely perfect for excursions. In the end, we limited ourselves to Pisa, Lucca (highly recommended) and the Mediterranean coast on the other side of the mountains. Each was a full-day excursion. Overall, Palazzo Pasquini is therefore highly recommended if you are looking for peace and seclusion. The view from the terrace is simply indescribable and we will remember it for a very long time. Just like Lilly, Dario's incredibly affectionate dog."
