„wunderbare Tage in der Wohnung Anfang Oktober, mildes Spätsommerwetter, baden und wandern gut möglich. Wohnung toll ausgestattet, Lage im Ort und für Erkundungen des cinqueterre ideal. Heizung und Klima ( im Haupt- Wohnraum) vorhanden, jedoch nicht genutzt. Terrasse wunderbar, toller Ausblick und man kann beobachten, wie das Örtchen mit Touristen ‚vollläuft’; war jedoch morgens noch zu frisch zum frühstücken. „Vernazza was a great location for our six day visit to Cinque Terre. This apartment is close to the train station and the blue trekking path, and steps from the main street through Vernazza with shops and restaurants. The Cinque Terre Riviera staff were helpful and shared a lot of information leading up to our stay so we were very well prepared. “

„The property is beautiful and as pictured and described. The host is very helpful and responsive. Location is perfect for hiking, shopping, going to the water. Its also quiet and private. Loved this stay.“

„My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy! There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere ...

„This place is a gem! Not sure what we loved most: the babbling brook outside the home, the nooks and crannies, the multiple layers of patio, the lemon and orange trees, or the cozy interior. Be sure to let your parking attendants know that you are staying in Villa Smith, so they can drop you off instead of taking you all the way into Vernazza. Convenient to town, restaurants, shopping and the hiking trails that make Cinque Terra so special! “

„Staff was wonderful. The room was clean and cute with an excellent location. The WiFi wasn't working and i had a problem with my phone service at the time so that was an issue. The staff put a phone in and let me use a hotspot so that was sweet. Ty for a great stay!“

„A very negative experience. The second bedroom with minimal measurements. No nightstands or cabinets. The house with ants. Very noisy washing machine. And the worst happened when we checked out, we handed the key back to a representative of the owner who received it without comment. The next day I received an email notifying me that they had executed the guarantee for damages that never happened during my stay. Shameful. I complained to VRBO, but they told me there was nothing they could do. ...

"Hotel ist auf exzellente, höhere Lage, ca. 1km von Monterosso, mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und alle 5 Dörfer von Cinque Terre (unbedingt Zimmer mit dem Meeresblick buchen). Sehr gepflegt, reichhaltige Frühstück und Schuttlebus der in Stundentakt verkehrt, bei Bedarf auch öfter. Deutschsprechendes Personal an der Reception. Gratis Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Wirklich zu empfehlen."

"Wir waren in einem separaten Gebäude untergebracht mit eigener kleiner Terrasse. Das Zimmer war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Das Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haupthaus war fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt, wo wir ein tolles Frühstück dazu gebucht haben. Die Menschen waren super nett und haben zu allen Fragen freundlich und kompetent Antwort. JJederzeit gerne wieder gegeben. "

"This place with surroundings is the most beautiful I ever was in a hotel. The outside area with breakfast between the trees and looking down on La Spezia is something special. The breakfast offered a small continental selection, fruits, eggs and the typical Italian sweets. The room and bath size was good, not too small. When I was there, on one day the air conditioning was not working, but was fixed on the next day. The staff, Arianna and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly with this issue, and brought a fan as alternative. Also, I got the minibar for free as a compensation. Thank you for the nice stay!"
