„Good location. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. A/C was cold. Small but refreshing shower. Pillows were firm. Windows open into a dark passage. Wi-fi was intermittent. Be sure to follow all check - in instructions. Do not use maps. Vernazza is the place to be.“

„Overall, the property is beautiful. The location and the atmosphere is great and the view amazing. We struggled a bit finding the location after long travel journey. Suggest better instruction on finding place (e.g. find 198 bar and go down stairs to patio bar-door across patio). Our fan in bedroom did not work and only suggestion was to have a try at another plug. My expectation was that someone would come, check it and replace immediately if not working. Likewise our A/C did not work ...

„We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros). The staircase is extremely steep and unsafe. Our children were not happy with the wifi rule not allowing streaming or gaming. On the positive side, the apartment is in a great location and has a washing machine“

„The apartment is on the top floor. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It worked out for our family of four, however, the bathroom is tight. The apartment is on 2 floors as well and has an outdoor rooftop patio accessible by ladder. It had everything we needed, however, even though the photos show a washing machine, it is out of order. The host, Matteo, is very nice and helpful. He provided many recommendations that were very good. Monterosso is a very nice walkable town. The train is roughly 10 ...

„The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk. ...

„Giacomo was an excellent host! He met us at the train station and gave us lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. He checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we need anything as well. Would certainly look to stay here again in the future!“

„Eine tolle, richtig alte aber modern ausgestattete und charmante Wohnung, zwei Etagen, richtig groß, hell. Lage mitten im Ort. Nicht mal fünf Minuten zu Fuß ans Wasser. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Vernazza. sogar zweimal links und rechts das Meer in Sicht. Sehr gute Ausstattung, effektive Klimaanlage. Einfach TOP.“

„Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!“
