„Der Zustand des Appartements war fürchterlich. Alles alt,der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Schlafcouch unter aller würde, von Matratze nichts zu sehen,nur lattenrost zu spüren. Sauberkeit gibt es in diesem Appartement leider nicht. Für den zustand war es sehr teuer,da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Kommunikation in Ordnung. “

„El acceso al apartamento mediante las instrucciones de Francesco resultó muy fácil. El apartamento es muy correcto en relación calidad-precio en una zona muy tranquila. Aún que no es apartamento céntrico, la ubicació és muy buena por la cercanía de la estación y la facilidad de aparcar en coche en la misma calle. Tambien destacamos tener un supermercado muy completo a 5min del apartamento. “

„The house itself was really nice. Despite it being located on the ground floor, we had sufficient privacy. House felt big enough for 5 people. We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. „We' ve been in Bologna for cycling and sightseeing. The location is great. Two big bedrooms and enough space for lugage and stuff. The living room with an additional sofa/bed. There is a dishwasher and wash mashine in the flat. Directly at the location is a bus station. With the bus you are in 25 minutes in the city center. The check-in and other questions with wonderful italy is quite easy by whatsapp. I can reccomend the location.“

"Jamais eu un accueil aussi avenant et serviable : Arrivés avant l'heure officielle du check-in, le type de chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas encore disponible. Sans que nous ayons à attendre ou à changer nos critères, le responsable nous a dès lors proposé une chambre supérieure, sans frais supplémentaires. Nous ne sommes pas des clients habituels, c'est la 1ère fois que nous descendions dans cet hôtel, et pour 1 seule nuit. Tout est à l'avenant : le petit-déjeuner superbe (même un plat halal) et le service en général. Etablissement à recommander sans réserve. "
