„We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a ...

„PH1 offers the same location conveniences mentioned in my review of PH2 (yes, we stayed in both due to availability during our stay in Rome). Its king size bed, bottle of wine and water were appreciated. It's a little quieter due to its location in the building but hasn't been modernized to the same level as PH2. Raniero is a thoughtful host so you can't go wrong in either apartment. “

„A beautiful, nicely furnished flat that is still used by the landlords. You feel as if a good friend has allowed you to use their flat. The flat is 10 min north of the Piazza del Popolo. From the description and the other reviews it didn't come out so strongly for me that it is on two busy roads and therefore it is quite noisy, even in the small garden. "Das Zimmer hatte für mich ausreichend Platz und war sauber. Der Balkon war zwar etwas klein, dennoch hatte er einen schönen Blick auf die Häuser und den Garten. Es war wunderbar ruhig und das Bett war super. Ich habe jeden Morgen meinen Kaffee auf dem Balkon genossen. Das Bad war modern eingerichtet und hatte eine schöne große Dusche. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank. "
