„It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins.“

„Would have given 5 stars for all, but the AC did not work. Host said to use remote which didn't work. Tried good batteries from tv and still didn't work. Area is way too noisy to leave windows open at night. Angelo was great bringing keys and explaining best as possible being I don't speak Italian. Would be too hot in summer without AC.“

„The apartment is very well located in the old town of Palermo with everything in walking distance. Check-in and communication was great. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not strong enough to cool down the big space so it was very hot at night time and due to the central location we kept waking up from the street noises. All in all we had a good time but the apartment is quite expensive for what you get in the end.“
