„The Villa Tanca is amazing. We had a large group in Cinque Terre and it accommodated us perfectly. It is as gorgeous as the photos and the views are breathtaking. Also the hosts were incredibly thorough and helpful, with lots of lovely touches. Amazing stay, highly recommend.“

„Beautiful historic property. The host was very communicative and responded promptly. Great views and great for our group of 9. A bit of a challenging driveway for a few hundred feet from the main road. The only surprise was that we had to drive to Monterossa (my misunderstanding) but actually not a big deal. Easy in September to park near the beach and walk to the train station.“

„We had wonderful days at the “House Like a Boat” in Monterosso al Mare — the view from the terrace over the sea and the beach is unbeatable. It’s the perfect starting point for hikes and boat trips, as the ferry dock is right in front of the house and you’re directly on the hiking trail. Just a minute’s walk uphill, there’s an excellent restaurant with very good cuisine.The house is a little gem, both in terms of location and interior design. The host provided snacks and a few meal preparation items, which were a nice surprise. The listing should mention the step on the property to get to the door and the steps down inside the property to get to the living space and the steps up to get to the primary bedroom. They are all steep and no real handrails. Luggage in and out are especially challenging.“

The kitchen is small, but we managed to cook our breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. „Wir haben den Aufenthalt im pretty White House genossen,das Haus ist perfekt für 3 Paare, die Lage ideal, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und sehr ruhig in einem schattigen Park gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr reichhaltig und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus war innen sauber und alles hat funktioniert, nur die Terrassenbereiche waren etwas vernachlässigt und nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos ( die Plastiksessel gebrochen, nur 3 Sitzauflagen)“
