„Nowhere in the description didn’t mention 90 steps to the property, upon entering there was no electric and was told to go to the circuit box and flip switches, which was difficult to do in the dark . We were locked out on 2 occasions with the second time being dark, raining and cold. The key didn’t work. there’s no sink in the kitchen area.The only sink is in the bathroom. the 2 twin beds were extremely hard and could not be slept on. „It was challenging to find the location. The host should’ve have met us. The VRBO location on my app was wrong. You must have a car or use a taxi each time you want to get to the house. It is a very arduous climb. I’m in excellent shape and it was hard. There is a very narrow spiral staircase between the sleeping level and kitchen. Could be dangerous and it was annoying. There was no hot tub or washer As advertised.The view was pretty. Pleasant to sit and have a drink and meats and cheeses. “

„This place is a gem! Not sure what we loved most: the babbling brook outside the home, the nooks and crannies, the multiple layers of patio, the lemon and orange trees, or the cozy interior. Be sure to let your parking attendants know that you are staying in Villa Smith, so they can drop you off instead of taking you all the way into Vernazza. Convenient to town, restaurants, shopping and the hiking trails that make Cinque Terra so special! “

„The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. “
