„Fiquei com a minha família duas noites, éramos em 5! O apartamento é grande e espaçoso, bem equipado e novinho, possui cozinha com alguns utensílios, 1 máquina de lavar roupa, 2 banheiros o que é bom pois economiza tempo para se arrumar! Sobre limpeza, estava bem ok, principalmente banheiros! Ponto negativo: acabou a água quente muito rápido! Na segunda pessoa tomando banho a água ficou gelada! Isso nos deixou bem triste pois a caldeira é pequena e não suporta 5 banhos seguidos, chegamos ...

„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side. ...
