„Even as a former English teacher, I find myself without enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista House. The view was amazing and could easily be seen from every room of the house except the bathroom. „Generally it was a lovely villa and great location. However we returned home to no water the day before we left. When we contacted the agent we were informed it would be off until the following lunchtime and it was clear they were aware and hadn’t informed us. We were provided with 6 bottles of water but unable to shower etc “

„La llegada es SUMAMENTE COMPLICADA. te citan en un parking do de hay que seguir a un tipo en motocicleta por 10 minutos en caminos muy sinuosos. Definitivamente imposible llegar caminando, no hay estaciones de taxi o autobus cercana. MUCHO CUIDADO. El aire acondicionado lo maneja el dueño. Es el unico lugar que he ido donde tienes que pedirle al dueño por whatsapp que regule la temperatur y quiza por no gastar mucho en la noche estas a mas de 22 24 grados nada agradable en el verano en Italia. ...

„The space was beautiful with two large outdoor areas and there was plenty of room for 7 people (2 families). Our teenagers enjoyed being outside. The hosts, Federica and Tony, were very nice, gracious, and helpful. We were very happy with the location - close to the train station, grocery store, and not far to the sea. It was a great location to go see Pompeii and Vesuvius, while staying in a beautiful Italian town. “

„I would not rent there again. The water did not work the first night. Had problems with the toilet all three nights. The bed listed as a double were two singles pushed together. There was a nice breakfast each morning and a maid who took out trash and made the bed. Despite seeing the property manger on check in and during the stay, he mentioned nothing of a daily “restocking fee” (separate from cleaning fee listed in add) and then demanded payment in cash on checkout.“

„Sleeping: The beds slept horrible; too firm, noisy and thus umcomfortable. We have not slept well one night. Cleaning: The house smelled moist and there was fungus at the walls. Walking on socks made your socks black from dirt. Communication: at arrival there was no hot water. We needed to ask twice before we were able to use hot water. „Das Appartment ist wundervoll ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral. Vico Enquense ist ein sehr schöner Ort und ideal für Ausflüge. Das Appartment ist prima ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Check in und Check out verliefen reibungslos. Wir danken Giuseppe und Mauro für die gebrachten Köstlichkeiten und auch die Marmelade war ein Traum. „Everything for our stay was awesome!! The host was amazing and very responsive.We would love to stay again next time we're here!! The shower was a bit small but I'm a bigger guy. We had an issue with the blow dryer but that was quickly remedied within an hour. Highly recommend this place!!“
