„We booked the hotel specifically for the spa and went out of our way to get there. We were most disappointed at check in that we could not use the spa because we did not reserve and there is an additional cost as well. It fails to say that on Hotels.com HOWEVER they quickly found us a time to use it at no additional cost. They were most accommodating and the spa was Awesome. Small, very relaxing and super clean space in a very special setting under the Inn. “

„Nonostante la camera fosse stata confermata, quando siamo arrivati il B&B era chiuso. Telefonicamente l'architetto ci ha detto che la camera non c'era ed erano fatti nostri. Alla fine ci ha mandato un suo amico che ci ha dato una camera a prezzo quasi doppio (senza ricevuta). L'architetto non si è mai fatto vedere! Il peggio che ci sia mai capitato in tanti anni.“
